Quality Control Manager
Our client, a global leader in technology innovation and infrastructure development, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the Construction Delivery department supporting multiple active construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Quality Control Manager Location: Boydton, VA Pay Range: $75–$80/hr What’s the Job? • Own and execute the Quality Control Plan across multiple construction sites • Conduct recurring audits of General Contractor and subcontractor work • Ensure timely submission and compliance of all required QC documentation • Standardize and implement QC processes and provide training to site teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues What’s Needed? • 7+ years of construction quality control experience, 3+ in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of IBC, ASTM, ACI, UFGS, and other construction standards • Experience in data centers, healthcare, or high-spec environments preferred • Proficiency in Procore, BIM 360, SharePoint, Excel, and Bluebeam • High School Diploma required; certifications such as CQM-C, ASQ CQE/CQA preferred Upon completion of waiting period consultants are eligible for: • Medical and Prescription Drug Plans • Dental Plan • Vision Plan • Health Savings Account • Health Flexible Spending Account • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account • Supplemental Life Insurance • Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance • Business Travel Insurance • 401(k), Plus Match • Weekly Pay If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
