Quality Control Lead
**Quality control Lead** 2nd shift Mon - Thurs $20-22hr **duties and responsibilities include supervising employees and evaluating their performance, meeting safety** **regulations and that products and processes meet quality standards** ü Supervising and mentoring quality control or quality assurance technicians. ü Track and manage attendance records. ü Maintaining adherence to quality standards, regulations, and procedures. ü First point of contact for any QC or production lead concerns or issues. ü Maintain a positive work environment. ü Ability to motivate, guide, and manage a team of technicians. ü Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ü Ability to prioritize and resolve work situations. ü Understand and/or help develop strategies to help Associates complete their tasks. ü Assign/direct Associates specific to accomplishing targets. ü Manage workflow with task times and monitor progress. ü Identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ü Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. ü Assist shift Supervisor with managing employees as directed. ü Assist HR with injury documentation. ü Ensure all quality employees comprehend safety regulations according to OSHA regulations. ü Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle. ü Meet attendance standards. ü Must be willing to be on your feet for 8-10 hours daily. ü Must be willing to work overtime. if you are a dedicated and hard worker with a healthy, positive attitude toward individual APPLY NOW!
