Job Title: Quality Tester 

Location: Jackson, MO 

Pay Range: $15.75 Per Hour 

Hours: 7 PM to 7:30 AM 

Schedule: 3 and 4-day work week, with a 3-day weekend every other week  

Are you passionate about quality testing? Our client in Jackson, MO, is seeking a Quality Tester to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the quality assurance department, supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to adhere to safety regulations, aligning with the organization's values.  

What You Bring to the Job: 

Proficient computer skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheets  

Advanced math skills  

Ability to weigh, measure, and read scales  

Strong attention to detail  

Capability to perform inspection testing  

Collaboration skills to work successfully with other team members 

Are You Able To: 

Pass an assessment test required for job placement  

Follow safety regulations  

Pay close attention to detail  

Work 12-hour shifts  

Lift up to 40 lbs  

Stand in one place for 2-3 hours at a time
