**Job Summary**
Manpower Engineering is seeking a **Quality Control Inspector** to join their client's 2nd shift quality team. This role is responsible for supporting production quality through inspections, audits, reporting, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare inspection reports for production jobs
+ Perform daily product audits on production jobs
+ Collaborate with production teams on continuous improvement initiatives
+ Support quality and production teams with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
+ Utilize hand gauges and other inspection tools to verify product conformance
+ Communicate effectively with shop floor personnel and management
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required
**Technical Skills & Experience:**
+ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and operation sheets
+ Demonstrated experience with core quality practices, including:
+ Root cause analysis
+ GR&R
+ Auditing
+ Proficiency in the use of hand gauges
+ Experience coordinating multiple projects with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
+ Strong communication skills with both production staff and management
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds
