Manpower Engineering is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their client's 2nd shift quality team. This role is responsible for supporting production quality through inspections, audits, reporting, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Prepare inspection reports for production jobs Perform daily product audits on production jobs Collaborate with production teams on continuous improvement initiatives Support quality and production teams with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Utilize hand gauges and other inspection tools to verify product conformance Communicate effectively with shop floor personnel and management Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality SupervisorQualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical Skills & Experience: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and operation sheets Demonstrated experience with core quality practices, including: Root cause analysis GR&R Auditing Proficiency in the use of hand gauges Experience coordinating multiple projects with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Strong communication skills with both production staff and management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and AccessPhysical Requirements: Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds
