We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for the detailed inspection and testing of cables, harnesses, and various metal products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed inspections of cables, harnesses, and various metal products according to released drawings.Perform electrical tests on harnesses and cables.Provide feedback to vendors and internal teams on issues related to cables, harnesses, and metal products.Meet daily inspection requirements according to the released schedule.Maintain and record inspection documentation accurately.Create and release Corrective Action Reports (CARs).Perform light electrical and mechanical rework on harnesses, cables, and metal products.
Essential SkillsProficiency in using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.Strong quality inspection skills with experience in blueprint reading.Ability to diagnose and evaluate electrical and mechanical issues in harnesses, cables, and metal products.Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, is a plus.Attention to detail is crucial.IPC620 Certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
