**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector** **Job Description** Perform inspections and tests of raw and finished goods to ensure that quality standards are being met throughout the manufacturing process. **Responsibilities** + Conduct dimensional inspections of raw and finished goods using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM machinery. + Perform GD & T for both imperial and metric standards. + Carry out non-destructive testing (NDT) primarily on ferrous materials. + Make accept or reject decisions based on inspection results. + Communicate defects and problems using existing ISO procedures and forms. + Engage in communication with customers and vendors regarding quality issues. + Participate in problem identification and corrective action processes. + Perform document reviews related to quality control. + Authorize parts for shipment ensuring they meet quality standards. + Coordinate and maintain the calibration of measuring equipment. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM. + Knowledge of GD & T for both imperial and metric standards. + Understanding of ISO procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in communicating effectively with customers and vendors. + Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) of ferrous materials. + Ability to participate in problem identification and corrective action. **Why Work Here?** Great opportunity to train and learn in a QC lab with advanced CMM machinery.
