Quality Control Inspector
**Job Title: Quality Control Inspector** **Job Description** As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for measuring incoming products using various inspection tools. Your role will ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before they proceed to the next stage of production. **Responsibilities** + Measure incoming products using tools such as Calipers, Height Gauges, Plug Gauges, Pin Gauges, Durometer Tester, Hardness Tester, Surface Tester, Keyence Imaging Comparators, Keyence CMM, Faro Laser Tracker, and Romer Arm Scanner. + Conduct thorough quality inspections and ensure compliance with blueprints and quality standards. + Perform visual inspections and quality checks using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments. **Essential Skills** + Quality control and assurance + Proficiency in inspection tools like calipers and micrometers + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Strong visual inspection skills + A minimum of 3 years of QC experience in a manufacturing environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Keyence imaging and measurement tools + Familiarity with non-contact measuring systems like Faro Laser Tracker and Romer Arm Scanner **Work Environment** You will work in a non-climate controlled warehouse but within a climate-controlled quality lab. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic manufacturing environment where quality and precision are paramount.
