Quality Control Inspector

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Control Inspector
**Location:** Hebron
**Pay Range:** $20.75
**What's the Job?**
+ Actively participate and effectively execute all duties and responsibilities of a quality inspector, performing audits, inspections, and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Conduct inspections at various stages including First Article, In-Process, Incoming, and Final Inspections.
+ Utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes to measure and inspect parts for compliance.
+ Identify nonconforming material and initiate nonconforming reports as per established procedures.
+ Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding quality-related concerns.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 or more years of job-related experience.
+ Basic math skills to use scales and measure weights.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
