Quality Control Clerk
Job Title: Quality Control ClerkJob Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Clerk to support documentation and quality control efforts at a peptide facility. This role is crucial in the research and development of molecular therapies aimed at combating disease. The facility is part of a larger complex with a significant expansion project and is scheduled for completion by 2027. The QA/QC Clerk will play a key role in maintaining the flow of inspection records, reports, and quality documentation, ensuring smooth coordination with field teams. This is a 12–18 month contract role based in Lebanon, Indiana, offering 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and up to 10 hours of overtime available.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and manage tracking and filing project records.Coordinate with field teams to ensure proper documentation control of inspections and quality checks.Support the QA/QC Manager in preparing reports for clients and project leadership.Organize and maintain quality-related files in both digital and physical formats.Essential Skills1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative support role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Comfortable working 50 - 60 hours per week.Comfortable with printing, scanning, and managing document check-in/check-out.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a construction or industrial environment.Familiarity with construction or quality control software.Experience in a clerical or administrative support role.Pharmaceutical experience, quality control, data entry, and document control.Work Environment

The work environment offers a standard 40-hour work week with the option for up to 50 hours for overtime. The role is based in Lebanon, Indiana, and involves working in a structured, team-oriented environment. This position allows for flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance. Employees have the opportunity to work on one of Indiana's most prestigious and largest projects, with potential for contract-to-hire conversion for the right candidates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
