Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Control Chemist to join their team. As a Quality Control Chemist, you will be an integral part of the Quality Control and Validation department supporting method transfer and validation projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Bothell, Washington
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate and author documentation for method validation, transfer, and validation reports, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align on document content, objectives, and validation protocols.
+ Draft and review validation protocols, transfer documents, and technical reports related to analytical methods.
+ Support project timelines by planning and tracking validation deliverables effectively.
+ Engage with internal and external testing laboratories, providing technical guidance and data review to ensure quality and accuracy.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biological drug development, analytical chemistry, or QC within a regulated environment.
+ Strong background in analytical separation methods such as SEC, icIEF, CE-SDS, or similar techniques.
+ Proven expertise in designing, evaluating, and executing method validation and transfer studies.
+ Excellent technical writing skills for preparing protocols, reports, and validation documentation.
+ Outstanding communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
