Join our team as an MCS Associate in Quality Control working the night shift from 2-10pm, Monday through Friday. This role requires flexibility for planned holidays and weekend work, typically up to 2-3 weekend days a month. The position involves performing routine procedures and testing in support of the lab under general supervision.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine laboratory procedures and analytical testing.Document, compute, compile, interpret, and enter data.Maintain and operate specialized laboratory equipment.Initiate and/or implement changes in controlled documents.Learn and comply with safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs, including maintaining training records and laboratory documentation.Evaluate documentation and data according to company and regulatory guidelines.Organize work, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine job functions.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.Experience with HPLC and Chemistry.Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements, written procedures, and safety guidelines.Strong written and oral communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate documentation/data according to company and regulatory guidelines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a GMP environment is a plus.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.Understanding of regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and compliance factors.Ability to escalate appropriately when necessary.Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a laboratory setting, working the night shift from 2-10pm, Monday through Friday, with planned holiday and weekend flexibility required. The work involves using specialized laboratory equipment and adhering to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
