\t\t\t\t\t•\tServe as a liaison between Quality Control, R&D, and Operations, supporting formulation development, microbiological testing, and daily production needs •\tSupport manufacturing through routine and non-routine testing, including formula adjustments to maintain product performance and compliance.•\tInvestigate, document, and resolve customer complaints, performing root cause analysis and coordinating corrective actions.•\tDevelop, implement, and maintain microbiological testing procedures and regimens. •\tMaintain and control product specifications, quality documentation, and ISO-related records.•\tMaintain and enforce quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001, GMP, SOPs, and EPA regulatory requirements, supporting audits, documentation and product compliance. •\tConduct incoming raw material inspections to verify conformance to specifications.•\tTest and evaluate product formulations to ensure performance, stability, and specification alignment.•\tProvide technical support to internal departments, including Sales and Operations.•\tAccurately maintain electronic quality and test data in internal databases.•\tAssist with departmental operations and quality initiatives as assigned by management.
