Job Title: QA Assurance Technician
Job Description
In this role, you will support the manufacturing of both product lines by ensuring compliance with applicable standards, performing final product inspections, and managing product release activities. You will also coordinate with manufacturing supervisors to ensure timely product release and maintain consistency in document structure in compliance with established SOPs and standards.
Responsibilities
Review incoming orders to assess compliance with applicable standards.Perform final product inspections and document product release activities.Summarize data and coordinate with manufacturing supervisors for efficient product release.Follow detailed procedures documented in SOPs, work instructions, forms, and checklists.Conduct in-process testing of devices post-manufacturing and post-sterilization.Manage forms and manufacturing facility procedures in compliance with organizational guidelines.Ensure manufacturing facility procedures comply with SOPs, GMPs, and applicable standards.Maintain customer files and documentation, ensuring they are easily retrievable.Ensure document consistency and compliance with established SOPs and applicable cGMP.Adhere to company’s operating principles and build a positive team culture.Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Access employee and/or patient PHI and ePHI only as needed for job-related functions.Train employees on the Quality Assurance Technician I job role.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Quality assurance and quality control experience.Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.Experience with Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance.Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 and relevant regulations.Ability to read and interpret SOPs and work instructions.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Experience in clean room operations and environmental monitoring testing is preferred.Basic mathematical proficiency including computing averages, rates, and interpreting bar graphs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s degree in technical or business-related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.1 year of experience in a radiation-controlled environment preferred.Experience with cross-functional teams.Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes office space, supply room, laboratory, and clean room settings. There is frequent exposure to hazardous materials, requiring appropriate PPE and precautions. The role is largely stationary but involves moving from place to place and frequent use of computers, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment. The ability to pick up, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs is required. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary based on workload, and occasional overnight travel may be required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
