About the Role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—monitoring quality on the production floor, performing laboratory testing, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and BRC standards. You’ll investigate issues, contribute to process improvements, and communicate findings directly with manufacturing teams and leadership. No two nights are the same, and your work will directly influence product quality and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do + Perform quality control checks on the production floor and conduct lab testing on raw materials and in‑process products + Ensure ongoing compliance with cGMP, food safety, and BRC standards + Support updates and improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) + Conduct internal audits, investigations, and root‑cause analysis + Accurately complete data entry, documentation, and reporting using Excel + Collaborate cross‑functionally with manufacturing teams and site leadership + Work both independently and as part of a supportive QA team What You Bring Required Skills & Experience + QA/QC experience or 1–2 years of hands‑on quality experience + Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and BRC standards + Experience with titrations and microbiological testing + Comfortable working with Excel and data entry systems Preferred (Not Required) + AS or BS in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry, or another scientific field + Strong math and computer skills + Bilingual skills are a plus Work Environment & Schedule + 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday (overnight), with a shift differential + Plant operates 24/7, offering stability and consistent hours + Raise after 15 weeks of training + Perfect attendance bonus every two weeks + Work alongside a close‑knit team: Assistant Quality Manager + 3 QA Technicians per shift You’ll follow GMP guidelines, including specific attire requirements. Closed‑toed shoes, long pants, and long sleeves are required. Uniforms and freezer jackets are provided, as you’ll frequently move in and out of freezer environments.
