Quality Assurance (QA) Technician- *PERMANENT/DIRECT HIRE ROLE*

Well-known Beverage manufacturing company is growing, and we’re looking for a detail‑driven Quality Assurance Technician to join our production team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and quality.

⭐ What You’ll DoPerform quality checks on raw materials, in‑process batches, and finished bottled products.Monitor and document production line quality, including fill levels, labeling accuracy, and packaging integrity.Conduct routine inspections of equipment, sanitation, and production areas to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate QA logs, test results, and documentation for audits and traceability.Communicate quality issues promptly to supervisors and production staff.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, recommending corrective actions, and helping implement solutions.Ensure all products meet customer specifications, internal standards, and industry regulations.Monitor product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.Perform sanitation verification, ATP, and allergen testing on equipment and other required areas.Ensure correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.Follow and ensure other employees follow all Food Safety and worker safety practices.Educate employees on HACCP, Juice HACCP, and SQF standards.Collect product samples for product development, client samples, lab retains, and laboratory as directed.Perform inspections on products and equipment, ensuring compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards.Maintain and record calibration of quality control equipment.Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any deviations from existing standards.
