Our client, an innovative leader in aerospace hardware manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting quality assurance and production excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality and safety standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance  Technician

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $28-30/hr

What's the Job?

Perform in-process inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Collaborate with engineers to document inspection efforts (IQC/IPQC/OQC) Identify and document defects within JIRA system Assist engineers and technicians in creating and improving rework instructions Champion product quality standards and communicate effectively with production line operators

What's Needed?

Experience using quality measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, scales, OMM, CMM, etc. Experience with cosmetic inspection processes Strong communication skills for effective collaboration Experience with consumer electronics manufacturing and assembly processes Proficiency with spreadsheets, Google Slides, QMS, and MES systems
