Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician capable of reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics. The ideal candidate will calibrate test instruments and interpret various documents such as test standards and inspection procedures. You will analyze test results on defective units, document findings, and generate reports on non-conforming products.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics efficiently.Calibrate test instruments and interpret documents such as test standards and inspection procedures.Analyze test results on defective units and document findings.Create reports on non-conforming products.Test functional performance of circuit breakers using electrical and mechanical functions.Conduct High Voltage testing, visual and dimensional inspections.Perform electrical troubleshooting and testing with test equipment.Confer with engineers, technicians, and production teams to resolve testing procedure problems.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.Experience in calibrating test instruments.Ability to analyze test results and document findings.Skilled in testing functional performance of circuit breakers.Experience with High Voltage testing and visual inspections.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP systems.Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and testing equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled. The position offers different shift openings: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). Candidates will receive training during daylight hours until the facility is operational. A $2 shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $63440.00/yr.

They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available.
