**Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will primarily focus on conducting in-process and finished product inspections to ensure product specifications are accurate and compliant with both regulatory and company guidelines. You will play a vital role in verifying allergen and sanitation control measures, monitoring critical control points, and documenting findings accurately.
