Responsible for Inprocess Inspection and timely Clearance of First off approval as per Control Plan  Responsible for ICC Action Closure as per timeline with PDCA Responsible for Premilinary analysis for Daily Rejection Analysis and Corrective action Responsible for Conducting Process audit and action closure as per timeline Responsible for implementing  Quality Improvement Projects as assigned Responsible for NonConformity Identfiying and handling as per MH Responsible for Implementing Kaizens as per target Responsible for Implementing Pokayoke as per target Responsible for 5s+2  implementation as per requirements Responsible for Collecting  Machine and Process Capability datas as per Plan Responsible for idea management participation and Cost saving as per target Responsible for Metallugical Lab inspection activies as per CP Responsible for Visual Inspection Rejection Analysis and PDCA actions

 

 

Your Qualifications

Qualification & Experience 

DME / BE 3 to 5yrs Experience in Quality functions related to HT
