Temp-to-Hire position$31.25 to $36.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)Monitor, maintain, and enforce quality control of production processes, documentation, and labelingDevelop and lead a high-performing, quality-focused team through coaching, training, mentoring, and feedbackCommunicate and coordinate with Quality Unit and upper manager regarding deviations and unanticipated occurrencesReview and update SOPs and other quality related documents to ensure they stay up to date with current practices and regulations.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all regulations and cGMP process requirements.Quality Assurance Supervisor Qualifications:
Quality related work experience – 3+ years in cGMP related industry with quality experience2+ years of Supervisor experienceStrong technical understanding of quality assurance, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organizationAssertive and confident in enforcing quality standardsIn-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance related to the industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and evaluate team membersExperience with manufacturing audits, statistical techniques, sampling plans, and production control systemsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
