Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with cGMP (21 CFR 111) for dietary supplements and applicable FDA CVM, AAFCO, and FSMA requirements for pet nutritional supplements.
- Perform routine quality checks, facility audits, and documentation reviews. ... - Review and approve batch records, SOPs, COAs, raw materials, and finished-product specifications.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; implement and track CAPAs.
- Coordinate testing with internal QC and third-party labs (microbial, heavy metals, identity testing, and other required testing).
- Maintain, revise, and control SOPs, forms, logs, and QA documentation.
- Support supplier qualification and ongoing monitoring, focusing on natural and clean-label ingredient sources.
- Assist in in regulatory inspections and third-party audits.
- Collaborate with Production and R&D to ensure new holistic products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements .
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management, consistent with GMP and quality requirements.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Animal Science, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of QA experience in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, pet supplements, natural products, or other GMP-regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, NSF, FSMA, HACCP, and AAFCO-related guidelines.
- Experience reviewing batch records, CAPA management, deviation investigations, complaint handling and working in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
