The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
Maintain and update QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Support and participate in internal and external audit activities, including planning, execution, and follow-up Monitor and track nonconformities and corrective actions (CAPAs) and ensure timely closure Support continuous improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and process improvement tracking Provide administrative support for management review meetings, risk assessments, and KPI tracking Train or assist in training employees on QMS procedures and quality awareness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices Conduct regular early morning meetings with global teams
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in quality systems or regulatory compliance within a manufacturing or technical environment. Internal Auditor Certification for ISO 9001 (or willingness to obtain) is required. Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and general quality management principles. Experience with document control, CAPA systems, and audit processes. Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) and continuous improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma). Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
