What You Will DoMaintain and update Quality Assurance documentation that supports the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemContribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management SystemInvestigate nonconformances and document root causes and corrective actionsCoordinate product quality issues, customer complaints, and internal concerns through to full resolutionOversee product recertification activities, including lab testing coordination and communication of product dispositionManage Product Master data within the PIMS database, including test methods, approvals, and specificationsSupport processing of Certificates of Analysis and guide administrative staff on COA handlingAssist in audits and ensure compliance with ISO standardsCollaborate closely with operations, lab teams, and quality leadershipWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experienceThree to five years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing, chemical, or regulated environmentsStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and audit processesExperience with CAPA investigations, customer complaints, and product quality issuesFamiliarity with QMS databases and related documentation systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication skills for cross functional collaborationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a consistent and reliable wayPreferred QualificationsExperience with ISO 9001:2015Exposure to compliance or regulatory standards within chemical or manufacturing environmentsSupervisory or mentorship experience, though not requiredWhy You Will Love Working HereA stable organization with decades of industry leadershipA friendly, collaborative quality team that values each member’s contributionsA role with meaningful responsibility and visibility across departmentsA culture that takes pride in its products and invests in qualityStrong benefits including 401(k) with match, vacation, sick time, and holidays
