Als je de kwaliteiten en drive hebt om jezelf of teams te leiden, staan er rollen klaar om je vaardigheden te cultiveren en je naar het volgende niveau te brengen. **Functieomschrijving:** As a Quality Assurance Specialist at UPS you have day to day oversite of the transportation quality systems supporting UPS Healthcare and the Ground Transportion Carrier Certification Program. **Responsibilities:** + Implements compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions and manages effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; + Engages with regulatory and industry authorities, interprets transportation and quality system regulations, supports audits, and ensures ongoing regulatory compliance; + Acts as a liaison with internal and external subject matter experts, clients, and industry partners regarding regulatory changes, standards, and expectations; + Provides guidance and support to Business Development (BD) and Customer Solutions regarding healthcare compliance with and interpretation of regulations, including support for RFA/RFI requirements; + Supports operationally obtained certifications (e.g. CEIV, ISO etc.) as they impact the quality systems and or UPS Healthcare Compliance matters + Assesses transportation capabilities, conducts risk assessments, advises Management on compliance implications of business opportunities, and maintains robust document control systems; + Evaluates supplier and carrier capabilities through questionnaires and audits, develops and drives audit improvement plans, and tracks and trends external audit findings; + Oversees supplier/carrier qualification, certification, competency evaluations, technical agreements, and related reporting requirements; + Demonstrates leadership through integrity, strategic thinking, effective problem resolution, clear multi-directional communication, conflict management, and strong internal and external stakeholder collaboration. **What you’ll get** + Salary starting from € 3269 based upon experience; + 29 vacation days based on a fulltime position; + Excellent benefits including; 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, company pension scheme, collective health insurance, and other insurance benefits; + An international work environment with opportunities to progress and grow thanks to our ‘promotion from within policy’; + Ongoing learning and development opportunities. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA) or international equivalent; + Proven experience in healthcare compliance and/or regulatory affairs, including GMP/GDP guidelines and ISO 13485/9001 standards; + Experience within the Transportation and/or Supply Chain industry; + Strong technical quality and regulatory affairs (QA/RA) knowledge; + Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal); a second language is preferred; + Positive leadership, communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and quality. **Werknemerstype:** Vast UPS zet zich in om een werkplek te bieden die vrij is van discriminatie, intimidatie en vergelding.
