**About the Role:**
As a CBRE & Port Tech Quality Assurance Specialist, you will apply a proven understanding of Data Management and AutoCAD to provide accurate drawing project data while adhering to data quality and data standards.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Apply LISP Routines, Scripts, and Menu Programming provided by the company.
+ Perform quality control, guided by procedures to guarantee accuracy in all projects integrated into databases.
+ Develop and implement process improvement methods including Quality Control tasks and CAD standardizations.
+ Review client Data and CAD standards
+ Use Data management tools, AutoCAD, and property management software to update CAFM or Record Management information.
+ Assist in updating and incorporating project-related information into the client's tools.
+ Update key achievements as well as scheduling, forecasting, and completion of tasks and tickets.
+ Align with and extend Quality Assurance procedures for Data and CAD/CAFM work. This includes audit records or a change control log to track DATA/CAD/CAFM work history.
+ Coordinate with team members and external contractors, job assignments, due dates, and other meaningful assets needed for the correct workflow functionality.
+ Implement when needed, procedure revisions for creating job assignment solutions.
+ Collect feedback from end-users related to improvements in processes and incorporate them into the procedures when applicable.
+ Answer questions from partners about processes and QA items.
**What you'll need:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
+ Associate’s degree with 2-5 years of proven experience. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Knowledge or experience in construction, architecture, and/or facilities management.
+ Preferred experience in procedural implementation and creating workflows with knowledge of efficiency reviews, reporting, and analysis.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Experience with AutoCAD required. Experience crafting and utilizing LISP routines, scripts, and menu programming in AutoCAD is helpful.
+ Experience with CAFM/IWMS programs required.
+ Solid understanding of dashboard building maintenance and report building is helpful.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset.
