Our client, a manufacturing and distribution facility specializing in vital signs monitoring and diagnostic medical devices, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the QA Department supporting batch release and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Specialist
**Location:** El Paso, TX
**Pay Range: 14.00**
**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM (may require flexibility to work 8 AM - 5 PM, occasional overtime, or Saturday half-day)
**What's the Job?**
+ Support product releases through QA processes and documentation review
+ Assist with registration activities and regulatory documentation compilation
+ Contribute to the preparation and analysis of QA Monthly Reports
+ Conduct QA activities utilizing ERP systems, including issuing protocols and reports
+ Identify and report quality or compliance concerns, supporting corrective actions
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or relevant work experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
+ Experience in a related QA or manufacturing environment is desirable
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
+ Strong organizational skills and motivation to ensure quality standards
