If you’re looking for an opportunity to influence strategy, lead change, and make a real impact across the business, this is for you! We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QA) to join our robust team at the Springvale Plant.
The QA Manager will be responsible for leading and strengthening our site Quality Management System (QMS). This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring all manufactured products meet internal quality standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance for APVMA-registered agricultural and veterinary chemical products, ensuring inspection readiness, data integrity, traceability, and robust batch release processes.
You will be responsible:
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards, APVMA requirements, and company policies.Establish and drive Quality Programs across internal manufacturing sites, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customers.Act as the quality subject matter expert, providing guidance and support across the organisation to embed strong quality standards and behaviours.Oversee controlled documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, specifications, forms, and quality records.Ensure effective implementation of change control, risk assessments, deviations, CAPA, and document control processes.Manage product quality from raw materials through to finished goods, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.Lead internal and external audits, including preparation for and participation in APVMA inspections.Review, approve, or reject batch releases based on compliance and testing outcomes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and regulatory compliance.Requirements
Proven experience in a QA leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of ISO-based QMS and regulatory compliance frameworks.Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits (APVMA experience highly regarded).Strong attention to detail with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.What We Offer
