Quality Assurance Manager

Position Overview\nWe are looking for a leader to oversee our Quality Department and drive all core Quality Assurance functions. This role is responsible for managing the internal Quality Management System (QMS), applying advanced quality methodologies, and guiding cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts. The position reports directly to the CEO and has a major influence on company-wide quality performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide coaching, guidance, and daily oversight to Quality Assurance staff to ensure smooth operations, strong teamwork, and consistent communication.\nChampion quality initiatives across the organization, serving as a trainer, subject‑matter expert, and project lead.\nDrive continuous improvement by guiding interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures that strengthen product and process quality.\nMaintain an ISO- and AS9100-compliant QMS and evaluate subsystem performance to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives.\nCollaborate closely with design and process engineering teams on new product development and process optimization.\nDetermine appropriate measurement, testing, and inspection methods at a strategic level.\nLead routine departmental meetings and participate in company management reviews.

Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience\nAt least 5 years of Quality Management experience in a high‑volume, process‑driven manufacturing environment\nMinimum of 3 years supervising or coaching staff\nHands‑on experience with root‑cause analysis and structured problem‑solving methodologies\nWorking familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, and calibration program administration\nDemonstrated success leading teams through both proactive and reactive quality improvements\nAbility to perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
