Position Overview We are looking for a leader to oversee our Quality Department and drive all core Quality Assurance functions. This role is responsible for managing the internal Quality Management System (QMS), applying advanced quality methodologies, and guiding cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts. The position reports directly to the CEO and has a major influence on company-wide quality performance. Key Responsibilities Provide coaching, guidance, and daily oversight to Quality Assurance staff to ensure smooth operations, strong teamwork, and consistent communication. Champion quality initiatives across the organization, serving as a trainer, subject‑matter expert, and project lead. Drive continuous improvement by guiding interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures that strengthen product and process quality. Maintain an ISO- and AS9100-compliant QMS and evaluate subsystem performance to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives. Collaborate closely with design and process engineering teams on new product development and process optimization. Determine appropriate measurement, testing, and inspection methods at a strategic level. Lead routine departmental meetings and participate in company management reviews.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience At least 5 years of Quality Management experience in a high‑volume, process‑driven manufacturing environment Minimum of 3 years supervising or coaching staff Hands‑on experience with root‑cause analysis and structured problem‑solving methodologies Working familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, and calibration program administration Demonstrated success leading teams through both proactive and reactive quality improvements Ability to perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
