**Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager Salary: $85,000-$110,000** Job Description The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and supervise all employees and activities of the company's quality inspection department. Responsibilities + Supervise the quality inspection team, ensuring adherence to quality standards. + Maintain and manage the AS9100-compliant Quality Management System. + Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with AWS welding codes and workmanship standards. + Oversee quality control processes, including blueprint and GD&T adherence. + Coordinate and lead quality audits and supplier quality evaluations. + Ensure proficiency in the use of inspection tools such as depth gauges, calipers, and micrometers. + Implement and oversee the use of lean six sigma methodologies. Essential Skills + 7-10 years in a quality leadership position. + 3+ years of experience in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment. + High level of proficiency with AWS welding codes and workmanship standards. + Strong leadership, communication, planning, scheduling, and organizational skills. + Previous supervisory experience. + Proficiency with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). + Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. + Experience with supplier quality, audits, and sheet metal fabrication. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with aerospace or defense industries is a plus. + Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Lean Six Sigma, and ASQ certifications are advantageous. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
