**Job Description**
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and precision? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring that all our manufactured components meet the highest standards of excellence. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for precision and reliability in the custom screw machining industry.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect with Precision: Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
+ Verify Compliance: Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure product compliance.
+ Document Excellence: Complete and maintain in-process quality reports and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
+ Collaborate and Resolve: Work closely with machinists and production staff to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.
+ Drive Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support Audits: Prepare documentation and participate in internal and external audits.
+ Maintain Order: Keep the inspection area clean and organized, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning properly.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments.
+ Ability to interpret technical drawings.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in quality or manufacturing is a plus.
+ 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment, preferably in quality assurance.
+ Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
