**Quality Assurance Manager** **Omaha, NE | $25 - $30/hr** **Job Description** Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and precision? Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for precision and reliability in the custom screw machining industry. **Responsibilities** + Inspect with Precision: Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Verify Compliance: Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure product compliance. + Document Excellence: Complete and maintain in-process quality reports and documentation in accordance with company procedures. + Collaborate and Resolve: Work closely with machinists and production staff to identify and resolve quality issues in real time. + Drive Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. + Support Audits: Prepare documentation and participate in internal and external audits. + Maintain Order: Keep the inspection area clean and organized, ensuring all tools are calibrated and functioning properly. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments. + Ability to interpret technical drawings. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in quality or manufacturing is a plus. + 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment, preferably in quality assurance. + Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values precision, reliability, and continuous improvement in the custom screw machining industry.
