The Quality Assurance Manager – Continuous Improvement drives quality excellence and operational efficiency across Bob’s quality organization. This role blends quality leadership with continuous improvement expertise to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and strengthen supplier and operational performance across the supply chain. The role partners cross-functionally and leverages data, analytics, and technology to support a culture of continuous improvement.
Based out of Bob’s Home Office or Distribution Center in Taftville. This role may require occasional domestic and international travel to supplier sites, manufacturing facilities, trade shows, and distribution centers.

Quality Leadership & Execution
Develop and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures to meet internal and regulatory requirementsOversee inspection and testing processes for raw materials, components, and finished goodsPartner with product development, sourcing, and vendors to ensure quality standards are metContinuous Improvement
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiencyAnalyze quality data, establish KPIs, and implement corrective actionsFacilitate cross-functional workshops to eliminate waste and optimize workflowsCompliance, Auditing & Risk Management

Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial roleDemonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiativesWorking knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)Six Sigma certification preferred
