Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)After production, perform inspection of every printed circuit board to ensure correct component and directionPrint reports of errors to provide to rework instructions to appropriate employeesPerform solder inspection on printed circuit boards to ensure solder flowed properly, solder has good joints, and connectors are not crooked or liftedPerform automated optical inspection machine to inspect printed circuit boards for correct components, direction, and rotationPerform x-ray inspection of LAN grid array Spot check printed circuit boards as full production is being run to ensure no additional errorsQuality Assurance Inspector Qualifications:
Diploma or GED2-4 years experience in electrical quality assurance or productionKnowledge of IPC Class II StandardsKnowledge of soldering, through-hole and surface mount acceptabilityComponent identification (resistor, capacitor values, etc)Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
