Our client, a leader in the integrated circuit industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Expert 1 to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Expert 1, you will be part of the Quality Assurance group supporting the Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Expert 1
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**What's the Job?**
+ Execute Certificate of Conformance (CoC) testing while utilizing a variety of chemical and physical analysis instrumentation.
+ Perform instrument sensitivity and GR&R studies for new or existing instrumentation.
+ Identify and assist in changes to laboratory methods and procedures which improve the quality and consistency of reported data.
+ Follow quality management systems as they apply to the analytical lab.
+ Monitor lab instrumentation performance, stability, calibration, and service requirements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or similar scientific discipline.
+ 1 year of experience working in an analytical chemistry lab - college lab experience included.
+ Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
+ Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to work as a team player in the lab to ensure overall lab success and continuous improvement.
