The team focus on creating detailed test plans, developing both manual and automated test cases, and performing comprehensive functional, integration, and non-functional testing, including performance and scalability assessments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a cornerstone of their work, enabling them to troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure alignment on deliverables. They also manage test environments, track and resolve defects, and conduct regression testing to maintain the integrity of existing features.
