Key responsibilities include:
Ownership of the NCR and MRB processesLead analysis of defect data and CAPA creation / resolution and maintain records as specified by the GEHC quality systemInterface with Supplier Quality on supplier related defectsConduct root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with SQEs, Engineering, PSEs, and feeder plants through SABRE for resolution.Reduction of MRB and non-conforming material inventoryOwnership of PSRs and PQRsEnsure compliance through validation and verification (V&V)Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/positionComplete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredKnowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specificationsEnsures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree OR High School diploma and 4+ years of product quality/supply chain experienceTechnical knowledge of manufacturing processesStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Minitab, etc.Preferred Qualifications:
