Job Title: Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist (Part-Time)
Job Description
The Part-Time Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist is responsible for organizing and maintaining GMP, ISO, and manufacturing documents. The role involves routine desk work filing and retrieving documents, assisting with internal audits and QA investigations, supporting training programs for manufacturing staff, collecting and analyzing manufacturing data to identify risks, maintaining tracking systems for customer complaints, reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance, releasing raw materials, and inspecting production lines.
Responsibilities
+ Organize and maintain GMP, ISO, and manufacturing documents.
+ Perform routine desk work involving filing and retrieving documents.
+ Assist with internal audits and QA investigations.
+ Support training programs for manufacturing staff.
+ Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify risks.
+ Maintain tracking systems for customer complaints.
+ Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
+ Release raw materials and inspect production lines.
Essential Skills
+ Quality assurance expertise.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
+ Experience in document control.
+ Familiarity with GMP practices.
+ Ability to manage and organize documents effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6 months of QA experience, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
+ Strong experience in documentation within related industries.
Work Environment
The position is in a nutraceutical manufacturing company and is part-time. The role offers flexible hours Monday through Friday, with a start time between 7 am to 8:30 am, working 4-5 hours a day, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break. The specialist will work in an office setting, collaborating with one other Document Clerk and interacting with two QA Inspectors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jurupa Valley, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
