PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to support one of our premier partners in the distribution industry. In this vital role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards across fast-paced operations. You will directly supervise a team of 20 employees and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of operational processes that serve customers across the nation. Your work will not only protect the quality of the products and services delivered but also shape the daily success of a major distribution hub.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols and applicable regulatory requirements
Conduct audits, data reviews, and documentation analysis to verify compliance
Supervise and support a team of 20 quality personnel, providing clear guidance and accountability
Collaborate with warehouse and operational teams to identify and correct quality issues
Report findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership
Follow pre-established guidelines and work under direct supervision to carry out QA activities
Maintain organized records of audits, reports, and compliance documentation
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
0–3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
Familiarity with quality control concepts, industry practices, and regulatory standards
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to follow established processes with precision
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or currently pursuing one)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments
Working knowledge of audit procedures and compliance systems
Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools

Pay Details: $28.85 per hour
