Job Title: Quality Assurance Document Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Document Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our quality documentation. This role involves reviewing and completing batch records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and communicating findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

Review batch records regularly and ensure they are completed according to SOPs.Maintain and control quality documentation.Communicate findings and discrepancies to leadership.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in document control and quality assurance.Ability to review and manage quality records.Strong attention to detail and clear handwriting.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Fluency in English with strong reading and writing skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Quality control.Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
