About the Role
Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist and play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest standards. You’ll inspect incoming and outbound shipments for accuracy in stitching, labeling, and printing, while collaborating with the QC team to maintain quality specifications. What You’ll DoInspect products for errors in stitching, labeling, and printing.Ensure quality control for all incoming and outbound shipments.Maintain accurate paperwork logs and verify proper tagging and assembly.Collaborate with the QC team to uphold quality standards.Conduct visual inspections and maintain pick counts and sheets.Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 1+ year in quality control or assurance (ideal).Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.Ability to read and write English per SOP guidelines.Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse packing, and inventory.General labor and GMP experience preferred.Document control and inspection skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in food production is a plus.Candidates with strong communication and leadership traits are highly valued.Why You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a new, rapidly growing company in Mankato.Huge growth potential—our workforce is expanding from 30 to 150 employees within a year.Excellent benefits and 401(k) once hired full-time.Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art 120,000 sq. ft. facility.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
