**Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist** **Job Description** Accurately and efficiently perform various warehouse activities, including moving, checking, packing, receiving, and shipping warehouse inventory. This position requires palletizing products and bringing them to the scan station for verification and shipping. A strong attention to detail is crucial for ensuring order accuracy through visual checks and scanning procedures. You will utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and receive training on specific equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform quality control checks as requested to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. + Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. + Execute tasks related to warehousing, material handling, and other assigned duties. + Ensure order accuracy by visual checks and scanning procedures. + Palletize products and transport them to scan stations for verification and shipping. **Essential Skills** + Previous warehouse or related experience preferred. + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. + Interpretation of documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. + Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a minimum of 8 hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus. + Basic data entry and computer skills. + Inventory management and quality assurance knowledge. + Experience with material handling, packaging, loading, and picking. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in visual inspections. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a personable staff that values promoting from within, offering opportunities for temporary roles to become permanent based on performance. Managers are personable and know everyone by name. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.81 - $16.81/hr.
