Job Type: Contract to Hire

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until finish (10–12 hour shifts expected); some Saturdays required

Work Environment: Climate-controlled facility

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in ensuring the quality and proper packaging of mattresses. This role is essential in maintaining our high product standards through hands-on inspection and documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks on mattresses using pen and paper documentation.Inspect product dimensions, labeling, quantity, and overall quality.Assist with packaging and final preparation of products.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in quality assurance or quality control.Familiarity with inspection and measurement tools.Skills in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong math and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in product quality inspection, especially related to dimensions and labeling.Knowledge of measuring techniques.Sewing or mattress manufacturing experience is a strong plus.Why Join Us?Opportunity for upward mobility and skill development.Potential to earn $20+/hr after learning new skills like sewing.$1/hr raise upon becoming a direct hire.Access to benefits after the contract period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
