Job Description
Join our team near the paint booth in a well-lit, clean area, as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This position has become vacant due to a family relocation and involves ensuring that all winglets, paint, and decals are installed correctly prior to shipping. As a Tier 1 Boeing supplier, this location is responsible for finishing and painting Boeing 737 components.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure all winglets, paint, and decals are correctly installed prior to shipping.Utilize hand and power tools for paint preparation and general labor tasks.Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain high levels of responsibility and self-motivation, especially during second shift with low oversight.Stand up for what is right and maintain tough decision-making skills.Essential SkillsExperience with hand tools and assembly.Painting and paint preparation expertise.Quality assurance experience in any industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-starting attitude and ability to work on feet daily.Preferred experience with Our Client.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a very clean and open aerospace facility focused on painting aircraft parts. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, Washington.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
