Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a **part-time Quality Analyst-Microbiology** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have microbiology, SAP system, and analysis skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Quality Analyst** **Location: Fully Remote (work EST time zone)** **20hrs per week** **Contract: 7 Months** **(extension possible)** **Pay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 hourl** **y (W2 only)** **What’s the Job?** + The primary responsibility of this position is to support business operations for our Beauty & Wellbeing division (consumer packaged goods corporation) through the digital release of products manufactured by third-party partners. + This role ensures product safety and quality by reviewing test results, such as Certificates of Analysis and trackers, to verify that products meet critical chemical, physical, and microbiological standards. + Key duties include proactively following up with third-party manufacturers regarding documentation to facilitate timely product releases and maintain service levels. + The role will also be responsible for managing out-of-specification products, ensuring that any exceptions are documented and approved prior to release, or that appropriate product holds are implemented when necessary. + Additionally, this role may provide support to the broader quality team by assisting in the review and disposition of exception requests, thereby contributing to the efficient and compliant release of products. **Requirements:** + **BA preferred in Science: Ability to interpret basic scientific test results such as pH, viscosity, and microbiology** **.** + Ability to maintain timelines and gather necessary information from supporting functions. + **Background in SAP and the ease of adopting new digital systems** + Efficient communication skills to both internal and external parties. + **Experience in Certificate of Analysis review and comparing test results to specifications.** + Strong eye for detail and thorough review of numbers and records. **What’s in it for me?** + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Consultant Care support + Free Training to upgrade your skills + Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, **click apply now** and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
