Role:

Performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company's quality standards.

What the candidate will do:

Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data.Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.Interacting with manufacturing team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive action is implemented.Identifying, analyzing, and resolving non conformance. Investigating problems on worked purchased finished, rough, and interplant material.Coordinates various Quality training programs.

Education requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field.Basic/Intermediate English Conversational

Proficient in quality tools, data analysis, measuring instruments, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, as well as quality, manufacturing, operations or related roles.Applies quality indicators relevant to the unit or function.Complies with organizational quality management processes and standards.Utilizes quality evaluation techniques such as walkthroughs and inspections.Employs quality assurance methods, tools, and best practices.Basic knowledge of automation and use of technological tools to improve quality processes.Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans for compliance and accuracy.

Applies fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues.Evaluates risks and benefits of alternative approaches and supports informed decision-making.Demonstrates ability to identify specific problems and document practical resolution options.Leverages technology and automation tools to streamline problem-solving processes.

Distinguishes assumptions, perspectives, and historical contexts.Reviews past decisions to extract insights for improving future outcomes.Assesses and validates decision options, predicting potential impacts.Guides others in analyzing data, synthesizing information, and evaluating alternatives.Uses data visualization tools such as Power BI for informed decision-making.

Designs processes with built-in provisions for change.Supports others in adapting to evolving environments and embracing new situations.Recovers quickly from setbacks and challenges.Operates effectively in unstructured teams, situations, or environments.Adapts to new technologies and tools, including basic Power Apps functionality.

Documents testing processes and results; prepares and analyzes defect-tracking reports.Summarizes key features of product-testing processes and related procedures.Tests components for compliance with functional requirements and established standards.Compares and discusses usability, safety, and integration testing outcomes.Collaborates using digital platforms and technological tools to enhance team efficiency.
