Quality Analyst

Our client, a leading player in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Analyst

**What's the Job?**
+ Perform quantitative and qualitative product and ingredient analyses while maintaining accurate reporting.
+ Review and monitor production processes to ensure compliance with critical factors, specifications, and regulatory policies.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of food safety and quality programs.
+ Provide training to plant operations personnel on Quality programs to promote safe and effective production.
+ Lead sensory evaluations of materials and finished products, making necessary formula modifications to maintain quality.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Bio Engineering.
+ Minimum of 2 years of factory experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
+ Familiarity with quality and food safety programs, including HACCP and SSOP.
+ Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment is preferred.
