How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Administrator - Hygienist at our Burnie manufacturing site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Conduct environmental swabbing and samplingGenerate regular production and management reportsMaintain documented quality procedures and work instructions for contaminant monitoring and regulatory testingValidate and verify Cleaning and Sanitation ProgramsInvestigate and report on out-of-spec resultsParticipate in audits and responding to stakeholder queriesDrive continuous improvement across products, services, and processesMaintain a clean work environment and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Ideally you will have

Previous experience in a similar role within Quality, Operations, or Laboratory environmentsStrong understanding of dairy or food manufacturing quality systems and QMS processesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHigh attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused approachProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Relevant qualification (e.g., Food Science) and a strong desire to develop into a quality-focused role
