Overview The role is responsible to co-ordinate and ensures sampling and quality testing and data collection of RMPM for reporting purpose. Responsibilities Perform sampling, testing and monitoring of raw & packaging materials as per defined frequencies from Plant and third-party raw material storages. Perform SAP clearance for raw and packaging material in respective shift in SAP/defined system. Ensure to maintain raw and packaging material data entries in respective data sheets. Ensure control of non-conforming raw and packaging materials through PepsiCo Hold and Release guidelines on receiving. Perform verification testing and close all hold incidents as defined in Hold release procedure. Ensure collection, labeling, storage of PepsiCo reference samples of PC and NPC lines as per samples retention protocol and ensure availability of samples for any research or investigation purposes (root cause analysis of complaint handling etc.) Ensure oil sampling and quality analysis at receiving. Routine and scheduled calibrations of lab equipment as per ASHA requirement. Make sure shiftily deep cleaning of Lab equipment and ensure 5S standard in Lab, Quality wall and Reference room. Qualifications Knowledge/Skill BS/MS Food Technology Good knowledge of material testing and quality assessment Knowledge of quality and food safety standards (preferably lead auditor) Experience Fresh or 1-2years experience.
