QC&QA Manager

+ Support QC&QA management system at production line
+ Manage Quality Laboratory testing both routine and assign
+ Maintain and improve accuracy and reliability of Quality Lab.
+ Assist with communication to customer on quality matters, Interface with customer quality representatives
+ Report all identified quality issues and cooperate closely with the management to ensure immediate action
+ Review the customer's specification and undertake relevant training to QC&QA team
+ Work with Plant Manager to handle non-conforming material, root cause analysis and mistake proofing to handle customer complaints management
+ Collect and analyses data to assess product and customer specific for improvement programs
+ Manage and verify product/ production quality related document from product compliance statements, certifications, audit reports, specifications to quality agreements and relevant customer statements in the quality manual
+ Report quality problems and procedure of quality concern
+ Ensure the safety is adhered to at QC site
+ Conduct periodic quality system and process audits to ensure conformance to processes and procedure
+ Supports the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned
